3 tablespoons of sliced and blanched almonds
1-2 tablespoons of cannabis oil
½ cup of chopped fresh parsley
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to the box directions. While pasta cooks, add all ingredients except the last four to a blender and blend until smooth. When smooth, pour into a skillet and cook over medium heat until bubbly. Add the last four ingredients. Drain pasta when it is done and add to the creamy mixture. Stir to coat the pasta well. 4 peeled and pitted ripe avocados
1 large diced onion
5 cups of chopped green onion
5 cups of chopped cherry tomatoes
2 limes – juiced
1 jalapeno pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Sea salt to taste
1-ounce cannabis-infused oil

Place all the ingredients in a blender except the salt. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste. Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.

Peanut Butter Fudge

This amazing vegan dessert will have non-vegan eaters wanting a taste. To make this delectable fudge, you need:

1 cup cannabis coconut oil
3 ½ cups of powdered sugar
1 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Grease a baking dish with mild oil (canola or vegetable oil). Melt cannabis oil over low heat in a saucepan. Mix in powdered sugar, then cocoa, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for an hour and then cut into small pieces.

Vegan-Canna Vegetable Soup

1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 large leek, onion, celery, and carrot (diced)
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp. of canna oil
1 tsp vinegar
¾ cups of red wine
1 can diced tomatoes
4 cups of vegetable stock
½ small head of green cabbage – sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Add oil to a large stockpot. Once heated, add onion, celery, carrots, and leeks. Sautee until tender. Add all other ingredients and cook until all vegetables are tender – about 1 hour.
